What the heck is Plasma Fibroblast?

Plasma Fibroblast?

I just finished a plasma fibroblast training in Canada, and I can't wait to share this new service with you guys. Ok so, talk about instant gratification!

How it works:

Plasma fibroblast uses a plasma pen to zap multiple tiny dots which can cause visible instant skin tightening. Then plasma pen is a handheld device with a disposable prong at the end. The prong causes a tiny arch of energy which triggers your fibroblast cells to produce collagen and reconstruct elastin fibers.…the good stuff that keeps us looking young.

The skin does take about a week (give or take a few days depending on the client) for the tiny scabs to fall off. Total healing time is about 3 weeks, however it will completely heal on a cellular level in about 2 months.

Pros and cons:

Pros:

1.) Your skin will be significantly tighter, lifting eyelids, minimizing crows feet, shrinking the appearance of jouls, lip lines, forehead wrinkles, loose skin on the neck, stomach, decollate. Etc.

I think this one pro, outweighs all the cons if you ask me. The results are permanent and will continue to age with the rest of your body. Aka the better you take care of yourself overall, the longer it will last.

Cons:

1.) It hurts! A boat load of numbing crème is applied beforehand which significantly helps. A numbing gel is also applied throughout the treatment.

2.) Tiny dots will be left on your skin for about a week. They have to scab and fall off when they heal.

3.) You can't sweat or go swimming for about 3 days after treatment. The sun should be avoided for about 2 months after each session.

Overall, this is a great service for skin tightening. Perfect for men and women. It does not shrink fat cells however and will not minimize an area with fatty tissue… (darn). I am super excited to start practicing and see some results. I will keep you updated on the progress!
